One bike can't do it all, but the Blacktop can sure handle a lot. We see this bike as one that starts the day on the road, but doesn't hesitate when it is time to turn onto the road less travelled. These bikes strike a balance between the stability required to carry cargo, and the agility which makes the bike lively and fun. The sporty riding position emphasizes speed and control, keeping you and aero enough to stay efficient and comfortable enough for a long day in the saddle. The frame and fork are rated to carry a combined load up to 60 kg of cargo via front and rear racks or bikepacking bags. There are also frame and fork mounts aplenty. The Blacktop is designed around 35-40c tires ranging from the lighter more pavement friendly rubber to more gravel road oriented tread profiles. It may be called the Blacktop, but this bike will take you far off the asphalt.
