High-quality materials. Innovative design. Passionate craftsmanship. Through carefully selected components we create a product like no other.
Frame Tubeset
Thermocrom Tubeset
The Thermocrom tubeset brings our frame construction to the next level. Heat treating the steel allows us to strategically use thinner wall tubing in certain, areas reducing weight without sacrificing durability. We can fine-tune the classic steel ride of each frame to its specific application, balancing weight, stiffness, and compliance. Thermocrom shares virtually all of the characteristics of our Dedacciai tubing, but represents a massive reduction in your bike's overall carbon footprint due to a reduction in the shipment of the raw materials and tubing between countries.
Shifting System
Transmission
SRAM Transmission is radically changing the way we shift gears on our bikes. Transmission is an extremely robust, electric and wireless drivetrain that fundamentally changes the way we ride. The rear derailleur does not require a derailleur hanger or adjustment screws - the UDH interface on the frame enables simple “full mount” direct installation. The unprecedented stability of the frame and rear derailleur results in perfect shifting even under full load. Ideal for ambitious riders who focus on performance and reliability.
Steering stop
Tout Terrain Ergo-Stop II
The Ergo-Stop II builds on the features of the original Ergo-Stop. Like the original, it consists of two elements – a stop integrated into the frame and a stopper mounted on the fork steerer tube. By limiting how far the bar can rotate, it keeps your cables and electrical wiring intact and protects your frame and handlebar. Steering stops at approximately 78° in each direction, making it compatible with both flat- and drop-bar configurations.
Wheel Size
28" (700C)
The 28" (700c) wheel is the classic wheel size, from its origins in bicycle racing. While the 700c designator is common in North America and the UK, in Europe and other parts of the world the term 28" is used interchangeably. While 28" refers to the rim diameter, 700c references the wheel diameter, including tire. Today, 28" (700c) is a popular tire format for trekking (hybrid) bikes, as they are very suitable for daily use and perform well at higher speeds. They roll well, offer good comfort, and have a sporty look. Lightweight wheels can be built for 28" (700c) tires, reducing the rotating mass providing a quick and agile ride.
Finish
T-Coat powder coating
Every frame is painted in-house with our robust and high-quality T-Coat powder coating process. This ensures a beautiful and durable finish even under the toughest conditions. The T-Coat consists of one, two or three layers depending on the component - this allows us to optimize the surface, weight and corrosion characteristics for each use case.
Geometry
Performance Gravel Geometry
Our Performance Gravel geometry keeps things sporty, with the spirited ride that only a steel gravel bike can provide. The frame is lively on asphalt surfaces while letting you get a little bit rowdy when the pavement ends. Shorter chainstays offer snappy acceleration, but still plenty of tire clearance while the generous bottom bracket drop keeps the center of mass low and stable. A moderate reach provides a comfortable rider position for long days in the saddle without compromising toe-overlap and low-speed handling. The open front triangle lets you mount your favourite bikepacking bags with enough space for a few bottles.
