It is characterized by very good corrosion resistance and optimum mechanical properties. It is also very easy to machine and weld. Before the individual frame parts are welded together, the hydroforming process is also used in the manufacturing process. In this process, aluminum tubes are placed in hollow molds and a hot oil-water mixture is pressed in at high pressure. This shapes the tubes into forms that give our E-Bikes a modern aesthetic and an individual touch.
