Before the individual frame parts are welded together, the hydroforming process is also used in the manufacturing process. In this process, aluminum tubes are placed in hollow molds and a hot oil-water mixture is pressed in at high pressure. This shapes the tubes into forms that give our E-Bikes a modern aesthetic and an individual touch.
