How does bike leasing work with JobRad? JobRad is the company bike leasing model offered by JobRad GmbH. It works similarly to the well-known company car leasing – only with bikes and e-bikes instead of cars. As an employee, you can easily and conveniently get your desired bike through your employer and pay a monthly leasing fee from your gross salary. Some employers even offer a monthly subsidy towards the leasing fee, similar to a job ticket. The amount of this contribution is decided by each company individually.
